Workshop:
Theme & Variation--Scaffolding for Creativity and Independence in Art & Music
Important components of 21st century skills are for students to practice creativity, to be innovators, to use their own ideas in combination with what they know and to be autonomous and flexible in a variety of situations. In this workshop, participants will explore Theme & Variation as a way to scaffold activities and lessons so that students have opportunities to experience these 21st century skills in art and music settings.
Note: Art teachers will stay in Room 152 for PM Session. Music Teachers will be in Room 154 for PM Session.
